The Faculty of the Law’s team at Yarmouk University has qualified for the Arab Mock Trial Competition, which will be organized by the Kuwaiti International Law School in the State of Kuwait next March. The qualification of Yarmouk’s team came after its success in the national competition that took place remotely among the teams of the law faculties of Jordanian universities. The Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Youssef Obeidat, said that what emerged from the results of this legal competition confirms the competence of the Faculty, its students and faculty members, and its constant aspiration towards academic quality and distinction. He then praised the efforts of the members of the faculty’s team and the supervising professors and their diligence and keenness to represent their university and country, calling on the students to exert maximum efforts and diligence in the upcoming stages of the competition.
The student team of the Faculty of Law participating in this competition includes Marah Al-Radaydah, Linda Al-Khatib and Kamela Freihat while Dr. Alaa Darawsheh and Dr. Ahmed Al-Zakiba supervise the team.
