Yarmouk University places special emphasis on creating a multicultural learning environment by attracting students from diverse cultural backgrounds who share classrooms and participate in various activities to create an educationally rich environment in a multicultural setting. A special department has been established to support minority students, working in coordination with the International Students' Affairs Department, to listen to and address their issues and concerns. The services provided by the center include mental health awareness, social and cultural events, and assistance with scholarships or donations for causes that make higher education more accessible to those belonging to minority groups. The center also helps students connect with organizations they wish to join, foster a sense of community, and strive for academic excellence and giving back to society. Guidance and training sessions, cultural and recreational trips are also available, along with Jordanian students.
