The Vice President of Yarmouk University for Academic Affairs, Professor Muwaffaq Alomoush , discussed with the head of the department of commercial and advertising development in the British Council in the Middle East, Fadi Zbeeb, ways to enhance cooperation between the two parties, especially in the field of accrediting Yarmouk as a regional center for holding the IELTS exam in the northern region of Jordan.
During the online meeting, Alomoush stressed the university's readiness to serve as a regional center for holding the IELTS exam, as it has the logistics and staff to hold the exam, whether paper or computerized, on campus and undertake the tasks of registering students and members of the local community wishing to take the IELTS exam.
In return, Zbeeb praised the prestigious scientific reputation of Yarmouk University at the regional level, emphasizing that there will be a considerable cooperation between the two sides in the near future concerning holding the IELTS exam on the university campus.
