46 Sub-objectives: First: Enhancing interaction between the university and the community. Actions required to achieve objectives: 1. Encouraging faculty members to give public lectures. 2. Inviting experts from the local community to give specialized lectures to students at the university. 3. Establishing a database of local partners and adding their logos on the university's website as (success partners). 4. Naming some of the teaching halls after the names of the distinguished services’ donors. Second: Enhancing the importance of social responsibility at the university. Actions required to achieve objectives: 1. Amending of the promotion instructions so that faculty members are evaluated according to their role in community service. 2. Expanding the training programs offered by Queen Rania Al Abdullah Center. 3. Modifying the study plans by including a general course of community service and consolidating the concept of good citizenship. 4. Directing scientific research, master's theses and doctoral dissertations to include solutions to the problems found in the local community. 5. designing scientific competitions (research or inventions) to encourage contestants to find the best solutions to the problems experienced by the community.
