Administrative Development Axis Strategic objective Improving the administrative system at the university to achieve its vision through the expansion of decentralization and delegation of powers, along with the adoption of objective criteria in the selection of leadership positions based on competitiveness, transparency and accountability. Sub-objectives: First: Reviewing the administrative units of the university periodically. Actions required to achieve objectives: 1. Reviewing the current organizational structure of the University. 2. Updating and developing the job description of all administrative units at the university. 3. Rectifying the status of university employees in light of their qualifications, experience and job performance. Second: Reviewing the methods of governance and performance evaluation. Actions required to achieve objectives: 1. Adopting the principle of competence and excellence in the selection of administrative and academic leaders. 2. Adopting decentralization in the administration of university affairs. 3. Adopting quality standards in evaluating the performance of university staff. 4. Setting annual executive plans for the faculties and administrative departments in line with the strategic plan.
