43 Second: Attracting outstanding academic experts. Actions required to achieve objectives: 1. Determining a human resource plan to identify the actual needs of faculty members. 2. Assessing high academic standards for the selection of faculty members. 3. Reviewing all incentives and functional advantages to attract new competencies, in specializations needed by the university. 4. Activating the scholarship system in all faculties of the university. 5. Attracting Jordanian students who are studying at prestigious universities for a scholarship. 6. Raising financial allocations for scholarships provided by the university. Third: Improving the administrative staff. Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. Setting training programs that include management skills, secretarial, English language and modern techniques. 2. Developing a system of special incentives for distinguished employees.
