Human Resources Axis Strategic objective To develop and qualify the academic and administrative staff at the university via sustaining their needs of continuous education and training to achieve the University's vision and objectives in light of the internal and external environment variables, as the human factor is the basis of development according to the university's vision. Sub-objectives: First: Developing and qualifying the academic staff at the university. Actions required to achieve objectives: 1. Developing an effective training program for faculty members to apply modern teaching techniques and teaching methods. 2. Establishing a training program for faculty members to apply effective assessment methods. 3. Developing an intensive program to improve the English language skills of the academic staff depending on a neutral party with high reputation. 4. Encouraging teamwork among faculty members in research work and projects. 5. Encouraging and Retaining distinguished faculty members at the university. 6. Expanding exchange programs among faculty members with prestigious universities. 7. New employees should pass proficiency exam in Arabic.
