38 Second: Enhancing the culture of quality at the university . Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. Activating the role of Dean’s Assistant in all faculties of the University. 2. Forming quality assurance committees in faculties and departments. 3. Giving intensive courses to the deans’ assistants for Quality about the culture of quality at university. 4. Giving training courses to all employees at the university about quality and its importance in daily work. 5. Setting up guiding signs in all faculties of the university to highlight the vision, mission, goals and activities. 6. Setting up guidance boards near the main entrances of the university to highlight the daily activities and events that concern the administration of the university. 7. Disseminating the vision, message and objectives of the university in all its publications (paper and electronic). 8. Creating a website for each faculty and developing the website of the university to reflect its quality aspects. Third: Excellence in the educational process and its outputs to meet the needs of the local market. Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. Completing the local academic accreditation procedures for all majors in the university. 2. Proceeding in the procedures of obtaining the international academic accreditation for some distinguished majors. 3. Activating traineeship for students in cooperation with the private sector for some faculties. 4. Helping students to integrate into the educational process by setting up a mechanism to raise the level of students who are academically at risk.
