Quality Management Axis Strategic objective Achieving excellence in the educational process, raising the level of its outcomes to meet the needs of the local community, paying attention to the quality of scientific research at the university, and achieving the excellence of accuracy and transparency in the administrative work. Sub-objectives: First: the commitment to apply quality assurance standards at the university. Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. formulating clear instructions and procedures for quality in the university through activating the quality department in the quality center and developing the faculty members. 2. Strengthening self-assessment procedures for all university employees 3. Building a comprehensive database and statistics for quality assurance programs at the university. 4. Reviewing of feedback periodically through the creation of Yarmouk University Satisfaction Index for (YUCSI). 5. Guaranteeing the quality of administrative procedures in different departments in the university. 6. Provide appropriate learning resources and scientific databases to serve scientific research at the university. 7. Establishing a research consultancy center at the university.
