Students Axis Strategic objective Preparing university students with national sense and loyalty to be active and productive members in the society, while possessing applied skills, cognitive sciences, communication skills, critical thinking, written and oral skills to ensure their readiness for the labor market. Sub-objectives: First: Adopting the concept of citizenship and raising the national sense. Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. Adopting the concept of citizenship and raising the national sense in all academic programs. 2. Requiring the academic staff to strengthen the national sense of the students by allocating part of the lecture period to do this. 3. Holding seminars, preparing and distributing educational brochures and pamphlets for the purpose of raising awareness. 4. Enhancing the spirit of active participation in national events among workers and students. 5. Setting a plan and timetable for extracurricular activities, community service activities, and volunteer work at the department, faculty and university levels. 6. Reviewing periodically of the study plans, and including the community service in the plans. 7. Developing programs aimed at motivating students to participate in training programs and extracurricular activities.
